Which part has stopped?
- Page looks incomplete: try a normal reload and check whether another catalog page opens.
- No search results: remove extra filters, shorten the title or add its release year.
- Wrong film: compare the year, original title and cast.
- No viewing offer: check the selected country and the current results on the destination.
- Video will not play: use the help for the service running that player.
Protect your saved choices first
Clearing browser data can remove My List and episode checkpoints. If you can open the list, create a backup before taking that step. A single film failing on another service is not a reason to erase your catalog preferences.
Buffering, subtitles or sound?
Work on one symptom at a time. Try a stable quality setting for buffering, the appropriate track for subtitle timing, or the correct output device for sound. These controls belong to the destination player.
